Cornwall Hospitality has been set up by Paul Hole, a caterer with almost 40 years’ experience in a range of hospitality and catering sectors. He’s worked at everything from 4 and 5 star hotels, to pubs and restaurants, as well as contract catering and NHS catering. Paul is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health.

His new business, Cornwall Hospitality, will help independent small and medium size hospitality and catering businesses with the many different aspects of running their venture, including useful downloads on various subjects, and signposting to a variety of useful external resources and training courses. These cover: Recruitment, Training Courses, Purchasing Reviews, Mystery Guest, Food Service Training and Efficiency Reviews.
